CTRL Shift challenges classical ideals by merging Hellenistic robes with graffiti and doodles, reflecting youthful defiance. The painting represents struggles with identity, while the crown symbolizes renewal and self-ownership. This work captures the tension between inherited frameworks and the quest for a redefined identity.

CTRL Shift explores the influence of Western ideals on African identity. By integrating graffiti as a form of resistance, I challenge conventional representations and present identity as a dynamic space for reinterpretation. This work encourages viewers to reflect on how cultural interplay and expression can generate new meanings.
