(e.g., buyers or artists).

When you access or interact with the Services, we may collect:

device identifiers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, search queries, and interaction 
patterns.

All artworks, images, videos, and other content uploaded by artists to ArtNativ remain the 
intellectual property of the respective artist or rights holder. Unauthorized use, copying, 
reproduction, distribution, or modification of any artwork or content on the Services, 
including for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited without the express written 
consent of the artist and ArtNativ.
Stern Warning: Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or use of artworks (e.g., 
creating derivative works, printing, or using for AI training) violates intellectual property 
laws and ArtNativ’s Terms of Use. Violators may face account suspension, legal action, and 
liability for damages, including statutory damages under applicable copyright laws (e.g., 
the Canadian Copyright Act, U.S. DMCA). ArtNativ employs tools like image hashing to 
detect unauthorized use and will take swift action to protect artists’ rights.
If you believe your artwork has been misused, please contact legal@artnativ.art as 
outlined in our Terms of Use.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, Canada, California), you may have the 
following rights regarding your personal data:
• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (“Right to be Forgotten”), subject to legal 
retention requirements.
• Restriction: Limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.

The Services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age (or the equivalent age in 
your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without 
verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child’s data has been collected, we will delete
