ArtNativ Code of Conduct
ArtNativ is a global, inclusive platform built on trust, respect, and professional creativity. To
protect our community, all users — artists, buyers, and staff — must follow these
behavioral standards.
1. Respect & Integrity
• Treat fellow users (artists, buyers, staff) with courtesy and fairness.
• Respect different backgrounds, cultures, and artistic expressions.
• Do not harass, bully, defame, or discriminate in any form — including race, gender,
religion, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.
2. Originality & Authenticity
• Upload only work you have created yourself or have full legal rights to sell.
• Do not plagiarize, imitate known artists’ styles without consent, or list AI-generated
works without full transparency.
3. Transparency in Communication
• Respond to inquiries, commission requests, and disputes in a timely and respectful
manner.
• Provide honest and clear descriptions of your work.
• Fulfill commissions within agreed timeframes or communicate delays early.
4. Platform Use
• Do not attempt to redirect ArtNativ buyers off-platform to avoid fees.
• Do not create multiple artist accounts without written permission.
• Do not use ArtNativ to upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or culturally
insensitive content.
5. Packaging & Shipping
• Package all artwork securely using recommended materials.
• Clearly label fragile items.
• Meet agreed timelines for sending artwork to ArtNativ’s fulfillment hub.
6. Buyer Conduct
Buyers agree to:
• Treat artists with respect.
• Avoid abusing refund/return systems.
• Refrain from using images of purchased art for reproduction without the artist’s
permission.
7. Violations & Penalties
Breaking this code may result in:
• Account suspension or termination
• Refund reversal or payment hold
• Permanent removal from the platform
ArtNativ reserves the right to investigate reports and take action at its sole discretion.
