ArtNativ Refund & Return Policy

Overview
At ArtNativ, we connect buyers with authentic, original artworks crafted by talented artists 
from around the world. We aim to protect both collectors and creators through a fair and 
clear refund process.
Because most of the artworks are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or custom commissioned, 
our refund policy reflects the nature of these pieces.

1. Return Eligibility
 Returns Are Accepted When:
  • • The item arrives damaged, broken, or materially different from what was described.
  • • The wrong item was delivered.
  • • A return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery (non-commissioned 
  • items only).
  • • The artwork is returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
  •  Returns Are Not Accepted For:
  • • Commissioned or Custom Artworks (as per international regulations on made-toorder items)
  • • Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance” or “Exhibition Only”
  • • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, “not what I expected”)
  • • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage

2. Return Request Process

If you wish to request a return:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@artnativ.art
2. Include:
o Order number
o Unboxing video or photo proof of damage (mandatory)
o Brief explanation of the issue
3. Wait for ArtNativ to issue a Return Authorization (RA) and return address. Do not
return items without an RA.

3. Return Shipping
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the return is due to:
o Damage in transit caused by ArtNativ or its logistics partner
o Error in the item delivered
• Returned artwork must be repackaged securely to avoid further damage.
If the artwork arrives back to us damaged due to poor repackaging, a refund may be denied.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed:
• Once the returned artwork is received and inspected
• Within 5–10 business days after approval
• Via the original payment method (minus shipping or restocking fees, if applicable)
For eligible claims of damaged or incorrect items, ArtNativ may offer:
• A full refund
• A partial refund
• An offer to repair or replace (where feasible)

5. Commissioned Artworks (Custom Orders)

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders:
• All commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production begins.
• If a commissioned order is canceled before production begins, a partial refund 
(minus any prep costs or design work) may be issued at ArtNativ’s discretion.
Artists are expected to:
• Maintain good communication during the project
• Deliver on agreed specifications and timeline

6. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
ArtNativ reserves the right to deny refunds where:
• Evidence of misuse or negligence is shown
• Unsubstantiated damage claims are submitted
• Return requests are made beyond the 7-day period
Disputes will be mediated by ArtNativ. In rare unresolved cases, we may involve an 
independent third-party resolution partner.
