Artwork story

Brotherhood symbolizes unity, love, and harmony. The blossom red flowers represent growth, passion, and beauty, while the two doves intertwined signify peace, love, and togetherness. Together, they embody the bond of brotherhood, where individuals come together in mutual respect, trust, and support, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

I was motivated to create Brotherhood because I wanted to capture the essence of unity and connection that transcends differences. The artwork depicts figures from diverse backgrounds coming together, their faces blending into a tapestry of shared humanity. I imagined a moment where everyone lets go of divisions culture, race, religion and recognizes a deeper bond we all share.

I wanted to evoke that feeling of solidarity we experience when we lift each other up, support one another, and see beyond surface level distinctions. The colors I chose are warm and earthy, symbolizing the common ground we stand on, while the figures’ postures convey trust and mutual respect. It’s a reminder that, at our core, we’re all part of something bigger a global brotherhood.
